👕 วิธีการสั่งซื้อ (How to Order)
1. เลือก สินค้า ที่ต้องการ พร้อมเลือก ไซซ์/สี
→ Choose your desired product, including size and color
2. กด “เพิ่มลงตะกร้า” เพื่อบันทึกรายการสินค้า
→ Click “Add to Cart” to save your selected item
3. ตรวจสอบ สินค้า, จำนวน และ รายละเอียด ให้ถูกต้อง
→ Review your items, quantity, and details before checkout
4. กรอก ข้อมูลจัดส่ง ชื่อ ที่อยู่ และ ข้อมูลติดต่อ ให้ครบถ้วน
→ Fill in your shipping information, including name, address, and contact details
💳 วิธีการชำระเงิน (Payment Methods)
เข้าไปที่หน้า Menu "PAYMENT" บน Website เพื่อ ชำระเงิน และ ส่งสลิปหลักฐานการชำระเงิน ให้เรียบร้อย
Go to the “PAYMENT” page on the website to complete your payment and submit your payment slip as proof.
♻️ เช็คสถานะสินค้าได้จากไหน (Where can I track my order?)
คุณสามารถเช็ค สถานะคำสั่งซื้อ ได้จาก อีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ และบน Profile ที่หน้า Order บน Website
You can check your order status via the order confirmation email and in your profile under the “Orders” section on the website.
🚛 รอสินค้านานแค่ไหน (How long will it take to receive my order?)
สินค้าพร้อมส่ง ใช้เวลา 2–5 วันทำการ (ในประเทศ)
สำหรับ สินค้าแบบ Pre-Order ใช้เวลา 5–15 วัน หรืออาจจะ เร็วกว่านั้น
Ready-to-ship items take 1–3 business days (domestic). Pre-order items take approximately 5–15 days, or possibly sooner.
📦 มีเลขติดตามพัสดุไหม (Will I receive a tracking number?)
มี เราจะส่ง เลขติดตามพัสดุ ให้ทาง อีเมล หลังจาก จัดส่งสินค้าแล้ว
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped

ไม่สามารถแก้ไขหรือยกเลิกออเดอร์ได้ โปรดเช็คและตรวจสอบให้ถูกต้องก่อนสั่งซื้อทุกครั้ง
